On the hills of Viranel, tradition and modernity combine in a method of reasoned cultivation of the vine on the 45 ha of the family estate.

Passed down from generation to generation since 1551, the property has its roots in the Languedoc in the Saint-Chinian appellation.

Nicolas and Arnaud write with passion a new chapter of the Domaine in the heart of their Languedoc.

From convivial aperitifs to gourmet meals, their point of honor will always be your pleasure.



On three main types of soil:

- The Crès which bring power, complexity and minerality (for our AOP Saint-Chinian)

- The limestone terraces which give freshness, finesse and aromatic richness (for our AOP Saint-Chinian)

- The rolled pebbles which give roundness, suppleness and fruitiness. (For IGP Hérault - Cessenon / Pays d'Oc)



In the cellar, the experience and traditional methods associated with modern winemaking equipment allow them to obtain the best.

It is the combination of all these factors that gives their wines a real identity.






Roundness and Complexity: PÉPITE

It is from this discussion that the Pépite cuvée was born, based on Carignan, resulting from the blood of the oldest plot of the domain, an almost century-old Carignan rooted since 1924 on a clay-limestone terroir benefiting from the AOP Saint-Chinian.




Harvested manually and vinified in whole bunches, this wine makes it travel and wonderfully reflects the Mediterranean scrubland.

 Aging in French oak barrels gives it roundness and complexity.

 A nugget that will go perfectly with a Morteau sausage or a beautiful salted prime rib, among others.


Serving temperature: 16 to 18 ° C, Aging potential 8 years.
