Drawing off for Grenache and Syrah. Direct pressing for Cinsault. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness. Strict control of temperatures throughout fermentation.
A genuine local rosé that is perfect for an apéritif but is also ideal served throughout a meal because of its richness and volume on the palate.
Pretty rose petal colour. An intense nose of summer fruits (blackberry, raspberry, blackcurrant). Fresh and fruity attack.
Round mouth, smooth, very elegant.
The finish is full-bodied and rich.
A truly gastronomic rosé.
As an apéritif and especially with Mediterranean and oriental cuisine, for example:
summer barbecues, salads, tagine with prunes, paella, andalucian gazpacho, terrine of spring vegetables, beef carpaccio, scallop and herb terrine, stuffed vegetables, chicken in tarragon jelly, stewed peppers, salmon cakes, ratatouille and many other delicious dishes to match your culinary expertise!
