Oak ageing during 12 months in french barrels for 20% of the selection.
Robe: deep with violet highlights.
Nose: complex griotte cherry, violet and licorice.
Palate: 1st taste refreshing with blackcurrant aromas. Rich and fleshy with velvety tannins, lovely well balanced wine with long ending and moka notes.
Ready to taste but can be kept for 5 to 7 years in good conditions.
Grilled meat, meat in sauce, game, and cheese. Braised rib beef, duck with olives, lamb stew, roast pork, Provencale snails, roast pigeon, stuffed shoulder of lamb, calf's sweetbread, saint nectaire, bleu d'auvergne, tome de vache, picodons and other small goats cheese, as well as other dishes according to your imagination and cooking skills.
