Wines with character in Saint-Chinian

The Saint-Chinian terroir produces full-bodied red wines, tannic wines, namely wines that reveal the grape's characteristics on the palate, both in terms of taste and texture. This is the result of  the winemaking process used by our red wine producers, who enjoy letting the raw material express itself through the prolonged maceration of the skins with the juice. It is also due to the uniqueness of grape varietals. These tannins evolve over time, softening and integrating into the wine.  But our best wines always retain their own character and identity. These are balanced and refined wines that offer fresh fruit flavours.
